Gift card

Shipping costs €9 and is free for orders of 95€ or more. Delivery takes place from 1 to 3 working days from the order date. For Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia, delivery may take an additional day.

Shipments are made by GLS. The courier does not allow delivery to P.O. boxes or poste restante. The terms include working days only and not holidays; they are intended as an indication and we are not liable for any delays attributable to the appointed freight forwarder or third parties. Jewellery items are delivered in their original packaging and accompanied by a guarantee.

The Giovanni Raspini Gift Card, available both digitally and physically, is a non-nominative card that can only be purchased and used online on the website www.giovanniraspini.com. It is issued to the bearer and can be used for future purchases or as a gift for relatives and friends.

Each Gift Card is issued for the amount chosen by the Customer, from a minimum of €50 to a maximum of €1,000, and can be redeemed on more than one occasion. It may be used on the website until the nominal value has been fully redeemed.

Its use does not entail any cost of issuance, activation, or commissions.

The Giovanni Raspini Gift Card is not refundable or rechargeable.

It cannot be converted into cash or credited to

a credit card.

You can check its current balance at any time on the dedicated section of the Website.

If the value of the Gift Card has not been fully redeemed by its expiry date, the Customer shall not be entitled to receive any remaining balance

or refund of any kind.

The Gift Card cannot be purchased using another gift card.

The Gift Card is only valid in the country in which it was activated.

Gift cards obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means shall be considered null and ineffective; in addition, they cannot be used for advertising or promotion of products or services marketed by third parties or unrelated to the person issuing the Card.

Anyone who holds the Gift Card can use it in accordance with the current conditions, without the need to justify possession. As a result, both the purchaser and the recipient of the gift are responsible for its ownership and safekeeping.

Giovanni Raspini Srl is not liable for any

theft, loss, damage or negligence in relation to the card's safekeeping. In case of theft, loss or damage, the card cannot be replaced. Giovanni Raspini does not provide any guarantee, either explicit or implicit, on the Gift Card and declines any responsibility.

Delivery takes place on working days only. It is not possible to make appointments. In case of non-delivery, you will receive an email that will allow you to express your preferences in terms of day and time slot to organise a new delivery attempt. In the event that this message does not receive a reply within 5 days, the goods will be placed in storage at the relevant office.
