Giovanni Raspini Design is the latest stage in a journey of contemporary experimentation, driven by the Maison's interest in design and architecture in a constant quest for beauty and design excellence. Furnishing accessories, sculptures, and table art: unique pieces crafted in bronze, iron and brass, created with the most incredible skill in plastic moulding and casting metals using the ancient lost-wax technique in the enduring pursuit of artistic interplay between metals and other materials.

Art, Creativity and Nature

Giovanni Raspini Design's furnishings are much more than simple objects: they are works of art capable of transforming living spaces. Each creation tells a story of craftsmanship and innovation, from the sculptural organic forms to the refined patinas of the metals. One of the collection's main inspirations is the animalier universe, with references to creatures such as iguanas, bats, insects and coral, which become decorative elements full of expression.

“Each work has its own individuality and is created according to an individual design project, like the decorations, which are first moulded in wax and then cast in bronze. All the pieces are united by a desire for discovery and a personal reflection. In the age of heightened and seemingly unlimited reproducibility, I pondered: where does design end and art begin? When does a decoration cease to be such that and prevail over the very function of the object?”
